About The Position

Hand N Hand Home Health Care is hiring dependable Home Health Aides to support clients who want to remain safe and independent in their homes. We offer consistent hours, supportive supervisors, and a team that truly values your work. This role primarily involves companion care, light household assistance, and meal preparation for a client. There is an immediate opening for this position.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Reliable, Compassionate, and professional demeanor.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Nice To Haves

Previous experience as a Home Health Aide or in a similar role is a plus.

Responsibilities

Offering companionship and emotional support to clients.
Assisting with basic healthcare tasks, such as medication reminders.
Helping with meal preparation and light housekeeping duties.
Providing transportation to appointments and errands as needed.
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date client documentation.
Ensuring compliance with all healthcare regulations, company policies, and upholding our company values.
