About The Position
Home Helpers, a reputable home care agency in Wayland, is seeking a kind and reliable caregiver for an elderly lady in Concord. This position involves providing light personal care, companionship, meal assistance, and light housekeeping. The schedule is Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM. The ideal candidate will be patient, dependable, and enjoy working with seniors.

Responsibilities
- Providing caring and dependable companionship
- Light housekeeping
- Preparing meals and snacks
- Transportation to and from your client’s appointments and activities
- Carrying out a plan of care that best supports your client
- Creating compassionate and supportive solutions to your client’s unique needs by collaborating with your Home Helpers team and your client’s family
- Light personal care
- Meal assistance
