About The Position

Hallcon is hiring seasoned drivers to support an airport-wide commuter operation in the San Francisco Bay Area. Hallcon is a rider experience company that provides transportation services across fixed-route, commuter, shuttle, on-demand, and microtransit modes. The position involves transporting passengers on assigned routes while providing courteous, reliable service in a dynamic, client-facing environment. The role requires an on-call work schedule.

Requirements

• Must be open to an on-call work schedule.
• Must have a clean driving record.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Must be able to read, write, and speak English to the extent necessary to perform essential job duties.
• Must have at least 3 years of commercial driving experience.
• Must have and maintain a Class A or B license with Passenger and Airbrake Endorsement.
• Must have and maintain a current DOT Medical Certificate.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport passengers along predefined assigned routes in a courteous, timely, and reliable manner while providing exceptional customer service.
• Comply with traffic laws and regulations, as well as instructions from dispatch.
• Complete required written reports and documentation related to job duties and the vehicle being operated.
• Complete daily logs of operational issues for recordkeeping and trend analysis.
