This is a grant-funded position with the Community & Workforce Development One-Stop Training Team. The successful candidate will be responsible for administering the Testing of Adult Basic Education (TABE) test following standardized testing parameters, as well as other administrative duties. The successful candidate must be able to work independently, make quick decisions, and be familiar with the ADA, as well as have good problem solving and organizational skills. They will communicate effectively with clients either in person or by phone regarding services provided by the training department. Testing is performed at both the Kino Service Center and Northwest Service Center, requiring travel to either location. The Community & Workforce Development Department works with vulnerable populations and minors. A Level one Fingerprint Clearance Card, a Criminal History Self Disclosure Affidavit, and a Central Registry background check are requirements for employment.
