The Community Volunteer Coordinator (CVC) is responsible for coordinating the volunteers for the organization, including recruitment, orientation, and support. The Community Volunteer Coordinator will work closely with the Maintenance Supervisor and all Property Managers to maximize opportunities to connect our community partners with our agency mission. The successful individual will take ownership of all tasks assigned and manage them in a professional and organized manner that yields increasing numbers of volunteers and projects ensuring satisfaction with the volunteer experience. This is a part-time position with fluctuating hours that may increase based on project schedules and seasonal demands.
