About The Position

Acts is currently seeking qualified candidates for our Community Technologist position. In this role, you will be responsible for providing on-site technology assistance for both team members and residents. This position ensures the smooth operation of hardware, software, networking, and life safety systems, contributing to an efficient and secure technology environment.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Prior experience in IT support, help desk, or a related technical role

Nice To Haves

• IT related degree and/or certification (CompTIA A+, Network+, or equivalent) is preferred
