The residential program based in Fremantle provides community-based homeless youth services to young people between 17 and 22 years of age, who show signs and symptoms of mental illness while homeless or at risk of homelessness. As a Community Support Worker, you will provide psychosocial support which will focus on client determination, empowerment and hope. This is a casual position with shifts available across a 24/7 roster, including days (7:30am – 3:30pm), afternoon (2:30pm – 10:30pm) and occasional active night shifts (10pm – 8am).
