Bridgehaven Women’s Alcohol and Other Drugs Residential Program is an 18-bed service supporting women (and their accompanying children) experiencing alcohol and other drug misuse. Using a trauma-informed approach, the program helps women build emotional awareness, strengthen healthy relationships, and move toward greater independence and sustainable living. As an AOD Support Worker, this is your opportunity to provide supervision, support, and crisis intervention to women and children at Bridge haven to help maintain the functioning of the centre during and outside of business hours. Reporting to the Support Work Coordinator, we have multiple casual positions available based in Preston, VIC. You must be available to work across a 24/7 roster, including weekdays, weekends, afternoon shifts and sleepover shifts.
