About The Position
This Community Support Worker Role is a valued member of a team that assist the individuals to live independently as possible. The chosen candidate will support and actively encourage the individuals to live in accordance with their own beliefs, desires and choices. Two ladies are looking for a fun, outgoing and involved female(s) to support them in their home. Both ladies are very independent, they love crafting, gardening, fishing, brain games. Getting out in the community to shop or have coffee and volunteer. Both ladies are looking for someone who can help broaden their skills with cooking, support with meal planning and staying fit and keeping active. The ladies in the home are fun loving, have a great sense of humor and enjoy socializing. Emotional support is a large component in this home. Some Personal Care is Required.

- Ability to provide some personal care.
Responsibilities
- Support and actively encourage individuals to live in accordance with their own beliefs, desires and choices.
- Assist individuals to live as independently as possible.

- Provide emotional support.
