We are looking for a Community Support Worker to join our Individualised Community Living Strategy (ICLS) program providing outreach support to a people accessing the service in Harvey as well as surrounding suburbs including Australind. The service is for clients with a mental health diagnosis who are eligible for a support package. The role of the Community Support Worker is to help the client access their local services and maximise their recovery success. Successful candidates will have previous experience working 1:1 with people with mental illness or psychosocial disability, strong communication skills and confidence in working independently within the community.
