About The Position

Community Management is seeking a Community Support Specialist to provide in-office operational support and resident service for homeowner associations. This role is based at the company’s headquarters in Denham Springs and involves working with internal teams, homeowners, and external partners to support community operations and homeowner transitions. The ideal candidate is an effective communicator and positive problem solver who can work independently in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of customer service experience preferred; data-entry or front-office experience is also relevant.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail-oriented, with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing conditions.
• Dependable, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
• Customer-focused approach and ability to handle inquiries professionally.
• Driver’s license and vehicle insurance.
• Ability to sit and work at a computer for extended periods.

Nice To Haves

• Prior switchboard experience.
• Knowledge of homeowners associations.
• Experience with multi-line phone systems.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary in-office support team member.
• Back up inbound and outbound resident calls and action items.
• Verify and update contact information in management software.
• Communicate effectively and personally with residents.
• Monitor key and access-code check-in and check-out for homeowners.
• Facilitate rentals and reservations of association amenities.
• Handle office pickups and return-mail processing.
• Attend all company- and department-assigned meetings.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
