This is a permanent, full-time position located in SE Calgary, working Mondays to Fridays from 08:30 to 16:30, with a total of 37.5 hours per week, and flexibility may be required. The Calgary Alternative Residential Services (CARS) program assists individuals with developmental disabilities to become more independent through skill acquisition, empowerment, and full inclusion in society, thereby improving their quality of life. The CARS program emphasizes 'person-centered planning' based on individual needs, helping individuals identify support areas and personal goals through a self-directed process.
