About The Position

Mains’l Services is hiring Community Support Coaches to work with young adults in their apartments. As a Community Support Coach, you will assist individuals with various activities such as transportation, meal planning, attending sporting events, and community dinners. The role involves helping individuals build lasting skills and abilities through coaching while being a strong role model in a fun and active environment.

Requirements

• A passion for helping others and making a positive difference in their lives.
• At least 18 years of age.
• A valid MN driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Ability to pass a background check through DHS.

Responsibilities

• Support individuals to gain skills and knowledge through ongoing teaching, coaching, and role modeling.
• Collaborate with individuals supported, co-workers, and supervisor to problem-solve and create a positive culture.
• Provide assistance or support with activities of daily living in their home or community, based on the needs and preferences of the individual supported (may include transportation, meal prep, and light housekeeping).
• Complete clear and accurate documentation.
• Help others reach their hopes and dreams.
• Engage in fun activities.
