About The Position

Clearbrook's Day Programs provide participants with opportunities to continue to learn based upon their interests and abilities. An emphasis is placed on socialization and community participation. Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license required
• Must be 21 years of age

Responsibilities

• Responsible to assist in the development and implementation of programming that promotes client independence and acquisition of functional skills.
• Assist individuals served in community outings.
• Assist in developing appropriate curriculum for implementing client program objectives and employment opportunities.
• Hands on assistance to clients with activities of daily living which may include feeding and toileting.
• Provide 1:1 support to a client
