This is a full-time permanent position for the In-Home adult program, running Monday through Friday from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM in West Edmonton. The Community Specialist II (CS II) reports to the assigned Program Supervisor and is a highly experienced direct support role, typically handling more complex and specialized situations, behaviors, or environments. The CS II works on the front lines, playing a pivotal role in creating a safe, caring, and community-enriched life for individuals and families. Through thoughtful program planning and implementation, they help participants connect with their communities, establish real relationships, and create meaningful days and lives.
