This role is also a great connection point to all of the other services within St. Paul Elder Services and will make referrals to additional programs as they see best fits the individual. Why this role matters The Community Services Coordinator ensures that individuals and families experience seamless, compassionate, and high-quality support across all community programs—while advancing our mission, shared leadership culture, and commitment to dignity, choice, and meaningful engagement.
