About The Position

We are seeking a meticulous and organized Temporary, Part-Time Legal Advertising Coordinator to join our team for a 6–8 month assignment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in handling legal notices, typesetting, proofreading, and providing exceptional customer service. This role involves processing various probate, civil, and business notices, managing customer inquiries, and supporting multiple administrative functions. The above statements describe the general nature and level of work being performed in this job function. Requirements

  • Spanish Speaking
  • 2 years previous customer service experience
  • Top-notch oral, written, and interpersonal abilities.
