About The Position

The mission of Community Action Programs Cayuga/Seneca (CAP) is to respectfully assist people to achieve and sustain self-sufficiency through direct services, education, and community partnerships. CAP is seeking a Community Services Case Manager. The Community Services Case Manager provides case management services to eligible participants of the Community Services departments in Cayuga and Seneca County including Kinship Caregivers.

Requirements

  • Associate’s Degree in Human Services or related field preferred; or
  • High School Diploma/GED with 1–3 years of case management or direct human services experience required
