About The Position

The Concierge Community Service Associate serves as a vital communication link for residents, guests and staff within the community. This role is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and supporting cultural and religious programming. Coordinates all community space bookings using an in-house booking system. Duties also include assisting with the Community Service Desk- which involves receiving phone calls, greeting all visitors and residents, coordinating information, and providing a friendly and efficient first impression.

  • Assist with the Community Service Desk, including receiving phone calls, greeting visitors and residents, coordinating information, and providing a friendly and efficient first impression.
