Metropolitan Family Service (MFS) is seeking a Temporary Afterschool Activity Leader to lead fun and engaging classes for elementary-aged students at Hollydale Elementary School. The role involves teaching classes in areas such as arts & crafts, sports, academic enrichment, and STEM. Each class will have approximately 15 students grouped by grade level, and class materials will be provided. The SUN Activity Leader will work under the general supervision of the SUN Site Manager and is responsible for designing, planning, and teaching afterschool activities that enrich students' lives by offering fun, hands-on activities that inspire learning and build skills for healthy lifestyles. The goal is to provide a safe, positive learning environment that recognizes the potential of each child. Activities may include academic support, service-learning, sports & recreation, fine arts, and other high-interest themes.
