About The Position
Senior Helpers of Northern Utah is looking for a driven, people‑focused Community Sales & Senior Care Outreach Manager to help families find trusted in‑home care. If you love building relationships, connecting with community partners, and guiding seniors and families through important decisions, this role is for you. This position is 70% sales/outreach and 30% marketing + admin, with strong growth potential and a mission‑driven team behind you.
Requirements
- Live within commuting distance of Smithfield, UT.
- Experience in sales, outreach, or relationship‑based roles (healthcare experience is a plus).
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Comfortable meeting families in their homes and discussing care needs.
- Basic digital marketing skills.
- Organized, self‑motivated, and able to work independently.
Nice To Haves
- Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
Responsibilities
- Build referral partnerships with independent living communities, home health & hospice agencies, VA groups, hospitals, and senior organizations.
- Visit partners regularly, host presentations, and represent Senior Helpers at community events.
- Respond quickly to new inquiries and meet with families to understand their needs.
- Conduct in‑home assessments, create care plans, and sign up new clients.
- Track leads and conversions using CRM tools.
- Support digital marketing (social posts, email campaigns, basic website updates).
