About The Position

As a Community Sales Manager with Lokal Homes, you will play a critical role in supporting the new home sales process for our award-winning Colorado sales team. This role will partner with the community construction team to sell homes and meet company expectations. The Community Sales Manager is responsible for delivering an unrivaled customer experience to every Lokal Homes buyer and team member. A real estate license is NOT required to sell new homes in Colorado. Must be flexible on schedule as Saturdays / Sundays are required workdays but will have consecutive days off during the week while providing sales center coverage for our team.

Nice To Haves

  • New home sales experience preferred but not required.
  • High end sales or hospitality experience a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Sell and close homes using the Lokal Sales Process.
  • Contact customers in backlog each week to communicate important updates.
  • Submit daily & weekly reports to manager.
  • Complete initial & final option selections (if applicable) in accordance to company policy.
  • Visit builder competition 1x per month and complete competition analysis.
  • Review company sales process & tour with manager.
  • Attend scheduled trainings as required.
  • Attend community team meetings each Friday as required.
