About The Position

Brookdale Lakeway Assisted Living is seeking a Community Sales Manager. This role is ideal for a strong sales leader looking to advance their career or an experienced Sales Manager seeking a mission-driven organization. The Community Sales Manager will guide families and older adults through the sales journey, work with local professionals to generate referral leads, and partner with leadership to develop and execute sales and marketing plans to meet revenue and occupancy goals. Brookdale offers a 3-week onboarding program, one-on-one coaching, ongoing continuing education, customized marketing tools, and opportunities for tuition reimbursement. The company has a network of almost 675 communities in 41 states.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred or equivalent combination of experience and education required
• Valid driver’s license
• Minimum of 2 years relevant and recent sales experience.
• Strong working knowledge of technology, proficiency in Microsoft office suite, and electronic documentation

• Senior Living experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Guide families and older adults through the sales journey from interest to move-in.
• Work with local professionals and volunteers to generate professional referral leads from medical, financial, and legal professionals, religious leaders, and other local businesses and organizations.
• Partner with leadership to develop and execute sales and marketing plans to meet or exceed community revenue and occupancy goals.
