About The Position

Atlantic Builders is seeking a Community Sales Manager to take ultimate responsibility for meeting or exceeding sales and closing goals. This role requires utilizing world-class standards of service to create a delightful homeowner experience, with the potential to earn a six-figure income.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of commissioned sales experience
  • Proven sales results
  • Must have valid driver’s license

Responsibilities

  • Utilize the CRM (Hyphen) to register all guests and prospects, complete follow up and prospecting, document relevant customer and company details, and complete purchase agreements and/or addenda.
  • Generate sales through a structured sales process, including preparing for, presenting to, demonstrating to, closing, following through with, and caring for Atlantic Builders’ prospects.
  • Maintain and utilize a planned presentation for model and home site demonstrations.
  • Possess full knowledge and ability to reference the Atlantic Builders Home Owner’s Guide to service and educate homeowners, setting proper customer expectations from contract signing to closing.
  • Be completely familiar with community demographics, USP, HOA/Restrictive Covenants, and location amenities (schools, shopping, parks, churches, etc.).
  • Be completely familiar with Atlantic Builders product offerings and options.
  • Be completely familiar with available financing options.
  • Provide frequent communication with homeowners, including weekly calls with the Project Manager.
  • Coordinate Preconstruction and Pre-drywall Meetings with the Project Manager.
  • Serve as a valuable source of input to the Atlantic Builders’ team on marketing strategies, market knowledge, and innovative ideas.
  • Stay abreast of direct competition, including product offerings, community specifics, prices, incentives, and sales pace.
  • Complete competitive market analysis of direct competition.
  • Continually monitor model home (interior and exterior) and community appearance, scheduling maintenance with the Project Manager.
  • Continually create and monitor marketing material for homebuyers (community webpage, MRIS/MLS/Zillow listings, brochures, price list, home site list, etc.).
  • Participate in company meetings/events as required, which may be outside of model operating hours.
  • Perform traffic generation activities, including utilizing CRM (Sales Simplicity) tools and Real Estate Broker Outreach (Emails, Phone Calls, Office Visits).
  • Coordinate events at the model home, such as offering brokerages to use the model home for their sales meetings.
  • Manage the Referral Program for Sales Associates, providing training and mentoring on presentation, responsibilities, and all expected duties.
  • Stay engaged in the community through participation in professional, civic, and charitable organizations.
  • Promote positive relationships within Atlantic Builders, with customers and Trade Partners, and within the community.
  • Perform other duties as assigned from time to time by the General Sales Manager.
