Requirements
- You have 2+ years of experience supporting a sales team or similar professional experience.
- You connect quickly with people and have strong sales skills.
- You have advanced skills in MS Office products.
- No matter how busy you are, you are organized and can multi-task.
- Your communication and customer service skills are top notch!
Responsibilities
- Help cultivate a strong pipeline of sales leads and assist with lead base management.
- Use your sales and marketing skills to connect with referral sources and help plan creative marketing events.
- Proudly tour (or as we like to say, personal visits) perspective residents and their family.
- Coordinate the move-in process for new residents.
- Provide support to the Community Sales Directors in terms of data entry, maintaining a supply of marketing collateral, and scheduling appointments.
