About The Position

The Claiborne at Baton Rouge, a Claiborne Senior Living managed community, is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Community Sales Assistant to support occupancy growth and the overall sales process within our senior living community. This role is ideal for someone who is energized by relationship-building, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and wants to grow within senior living sales and leadership. Requirements

  • Prior experience in sales, marketing, customer service, or business development
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn CRM systems
  • Detail-oriented with strong follow-through
  • Positive, professional, and team-focused mindset

Nice To Haves

  • Telephone sales or lead follow-up experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • Support the Community Relations Director in executing marketing and sales strategies
  • Respond promptly to sales inquiries and conduct follow-up calls
  • Schedule and support community tours
  • Maintain and update the CRM lead database
  • Assist with move-in documentation and administrative coordination
  • Help stage model apartments and prepare the community for tours
  • Support networking events and outreach activities
  • Track sales metrics and assist with required reporting
