As an Onsite Community / Resident Manager (Part-Time), you’ll play a vital role in ensuring that our properties run smoothly while delivering exceptional experiences to both residents and property owners. Who You Are: You're an organized, proactive problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You enjoy tackling challenges head-on, finding creative solutions, and keeping operations running smoothly. You build strong relationships with residents, ownership groups, vendors, and teammates alike. This dedicated onsite role will support a newly onboarded community and is ideal for someone with experience in larger multifamily properties, vendor management, and onsite operations. The successful candidate will play a key role in coordinating capital improvement projects, and helping stabilize the asset, with a clear path for growth into a Property Manager role. As the Resident Manager for the building, you will also serve as the primary point of contact for residents, handling after-hours emergencies, posting notices and rent collection, and the general upkeep of common areas - ensuring the community is well-maintained and residents feel supported day to day.
