Community Relations & Marketing Coordinator
About The Position
Johnsonlink Orthodontics, led by Dr. Johnson, Dr. Lingenbrink, and Dr. Slaymaker, is a well-established, growing orthodontic practice serving families throughout Kitsap County. We are looking for someone who loves people, creativity, and making connections to help grow our presence throughout Kitsap County by building relationships with referring dental offices, connecting with our community, creating engaging marketing content, and coordinating memorable events. This is a hands-on, people-focused position with plenty of variety. If you enjoy getting out into the community, building relationships, creating fun experiences, and bringing new ideas to life, we'd love to meet you!
Requirements
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Friendly, confident, and comfortable meeting new people.
- Creative and social-media savvy.
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects.
- Self-motivated and willing to take initiative.
- Professional and comfortable representing Johnsonlink in the community.
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel between our three locations and community events.
Nice To Haves
- Previous experience in marketing, public relations, social media, event planning, hospitality, sales, or a similar field is preferred.
- Dental or orthodontic experience is a plus, but not required.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with referring dentists and their teams.
- Visit dental offices and coordinate referral appreciation and relationship-building activities.
- Develop community relationships with schools, businesses, organizations, and local groups.
- Identify and coordinate community events, sponsorships, and outreach opportunities.
- Create and coordinate engaging social media content, including photos, videos, reels, and stories.
- Help develop and execute Johnsonlink's marketing campaigns and annual marketing plan.
- Coordinate promotional materials, signage, branded merchandise, and marketing projects.
- Plan and execute patient, referral, team, and community events.
- Work with outside marketing, photography, and other vendors as needed.
- Track marketing and referral activities and help identify opportunities for growth.
- Bring fresh ideas and creative energy to the Johnsonlink brand.
