About The Position

Saga Senior Living is hiring a Community Relations Director at Tarina of Cypresswood, an assisted living and memory care community in Spring, TX. This role involves driving occupancy growth, building referral relationships, executing sales and marketing plans, and partnering with the Executive Director and community team to ensure excellent customer experience and compliance with company policies and regulations. Requirements

3 years of senior living sales experience required
At least 18 years old
High school diploma or GED required
Fluent English required
Applicants for this position must be able to produce a negative drug test.
Applicants may be subject to a background check.
Employees in this position must be able to satisfactorily perform the essential functions of the position.

Responsibilities

Drive occupancy growth by managing inquiries, conducting tours, following up with prospects, and securing move-ins for our assisted living and memory care community
Build strong referral relationships and represent the community as a trusted senior housing resource through outreach, events, and market engagement
Execute sales and marketing plans and consistently meet activity and move-in goals using CRM tools to track leads and conversions
Partner with the Executive Director and community team to coordinate move-ins, communicate occupancy changes, and ensure excellent customer experience
Maintain compliance with company policies and applicable regulations while supporting staff training and sales best practices
