About The Position

Civitas Senior Living is seeking a Community Relations Director who is passionate about making a meaningful impact through sales expertise. This role involves being the positive and engaging face of the community, building business partnerships, organizing move-in activities, conducting assessments, and developing marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will utilize digital marketing, social selling, and advanced CRM software to manage sales processes and ensure efficient resident transitions.

Requirements

• Proven success in achieving sales and occupancy goals, preferably in senior living environments such as assisted living, nursing homes, or memory care.
• Background in senior living inside sales management or industries with a comparable sales cycle.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business/Communications or related field is ideal.
• Residency within the State that this Community/Location operates in is a condition of employment.
• Completion of a screening process as required by state regulations.

Responsibilities

• Be the positive, engaging face of our community to prospective residents and their families.
• Forge and sustain relationships with local businesses and networking organizations.
• Utilize digital marketing and social selling.
• Organize and facilitate all move-in activities, coordinating with our Wellness Director for smooth, timely resident transitions.
• Conduct assessments outside the community, and meet with the Executive Director to devise and execute robust marketing strategies and referral source follow-ups.
• Use advanced CRM software to manage waiting lists, future interest, vacancies, and ensure a quick, efficient move-in process.
