About The Position

Cornerstone Management oversees multiple Assisted Living communities dedicated to providing compassionate, high-quality care for seniors. Our mission is to foster safe, engaging, and person-centered environments where residents can thrive while preserving their independence and dignity. Westbrook Senior Living is looking for a dynamic, energetic, and charismatic Community Relations Coordinator to be the face of our community! You will be the key ambassador driving our outreach efforts, building lasting partnerships, and guiding prospective residents through the journey of finding their new home.

Requirements

High Energy & Charisma: You are a natural connector who loves meeting new people.
2+ years of experience in marketing, or community relations.
Exceptional Communication: You are a great listener and a confident storyteller.
Proactive & Creative Mindset: You don't wait for things to happen; you MAKE THINGS HAPPEN!

Responsibilities

Represent Westbrook at community events, health fairs, and networking functions with infectious enthusiasm.
Actively develop referral partnerships with physicians, hospital planners, and local organizations.
Plan and host engaging community events that attract prospects and enhance our reputation.
Conduct tours, manage leads and provide exceptional customer service to prospects and families from inquiry to move-in.
Build trust and confidence, helping families make the best decision for their loved ones.
