About The Position
The Community & Provider Relations Coordinator serves as a key liaison between Emanuel Medical Center and external healthcare partners, including hospitals, physician practices, and other referral sources. This role is responsible for building and strengthening relationships, increasing awareness of available services, and supporting coordinated patient referrals. In addition, this position supports community outreach, internal engagement, communications, and development initiatives to enhance the hospital’s presence and connection within the community.

Responsibilities
- Serves as a key liaison between Emanuel Medical Center and external healthcare partners, including hospitals, physician practices, and other referral sources.
- Builds and strengthens relationships with external healthcare partners.
- Increases awareness of available services offered by Emanuel Medical Center.
- Supports coordinated patient referrals.
- Supports community outreach initiatives.
- Supports internal engagement initiatives.
- Supports communications initiatives.
- Supports development initiatives to enhance the hospital’s presence and connection within the community.
