Job Summary The In-Community Program Specialist supports the planning, direction, implementation, and supervision of Tims Camps Community Programs which take place at schools and /or community group spaces in their designated region. The In-Community Program Specialist is responsible for ensuring participants have a positive, high quality program experience for long term impact. This role will ensure a focus on high quality program facilitation and delivery for maximum impact. The In-Community Program Specialist role applies their knowledge of youth development, outdoor and experiential education, program quality systems, and demonstrated excellence in coaching and facilitation to provide direction, coaching and support to their direct reports and the youth we serve. Work Location This role will work remotely from Charlottetown, PEI and will require up to 50% travel across Canada. When not travelling nationally, daily travel is required within the assigned geographic area (Charlottetown). Occasional travel will be required to the Home Office, located in St. George, Ontario. Employment type This is a permanent position requiring the candidate to travel to locations across Canada up to 50% of the time. The anticipated start date for this role is September 3, 2026. The biweekly salary for this role during active employment between September and June will be between: $2307.00 – $2692.00, less applicable legislated deductions. It is anticipated that this role will experience an annual temporary layoff which will typically occur between the months of July – August. This role will not be paid a bi-weekly salary while on temporary lay-off.
