Support Solutions has been awarded expansion money to help launch a new pilot program. This innovative pilot will allow us to support more people in need of employment and intermittent community-based services. This position will act as liaison between Direct Support Professionals, and administration for the day-to-day operation of the assigned areas. They will provide positive leadership development and mentoring to their team of direct reports. Additionally, they will ensure that the needs of person(s) supported are met, staffing ratios are correct, staff are properly trained, and documentation is complete and accurate and that all areas of responsibility meet state and licensure requirements. This is a full-time salaried (exempt) position.
