Community Program Coordinator

The Recycling PartnershipWashington, DC
$60,000 - $65,000Remote

About The Position

The Recycling Partnership is the U.S. non-profit solving recycling’s toughest challenges, together. By harnessing the will of the American people and engaging both public and private sectors, we’re building a stronger, more accessible recycling system—one that ensures everyone who wants to recycle has the infrastructure to do so. We deliver innovative, data-driven solutions to address the complexities of the U.S. recycling system. Through voluntary investments, we modernize recycling facilities, expand access to services, and drive participation through research and public engagement. We work hand-in-hand with communities, companies, policymakers, and NGOs to enact meaningful change, advocate for effective policies, and close critical gaps in the system. At The Recycling Partnership, we believe building a stronger circular economy starts from within, with a culture where everyone feels they belong. We are a community of passionate, curious, and committed individuals who bring our whole selves to work, knowing that belonging and psychological safety fuel creativity, collaboration, and courageous action. Guided by our 5 core values, we act with intention and integrity, embrace change, uplift one another, and lead with empathy. We foster genuine connection, mutual respect, fairness, and shared accountability to reflect, dream, and grow together. Our inclusive culture fuels how we work, why we thrive, and the impact we create for people and the planet.
