About The Position

Jefferson Healthcare is looking for a full-time Community Pharmacy Technician to join their team. This role is responsible for administering immunizations, reviewing and interpreting prescriptions, medical reconciliation for patients, preparing medications for dispensing, and verifying medication orders. This position will support the pharmacy and hospital expansion project by collaborating closely with inpatient care teams. It is also expected to maintain accurate records, manage inventory, and communicate effectively with other healthcare professionals. The successful candidate will possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to providing exceptional patient care. Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Washington State Pharmacy Technician Certification (A) in good standing required
• Must continually maintain PTCB or ExCPT National Certification
• Proficiency administering pharmacy-based immunizations
• BLS Certification required within 3 months of hire
• Must stay current in knowledge base, certifications, and licenses indicated above, and meet Hospital-mandated education requirements

Nice To Haves

• One year of hospital and/or retail pharmacy technician experience preferred
• Experience using EPIC preferred
