The Community Partnerships Coordinator is the key customer service point of contact for Philabundance member agencies. The Coordinator is the relationship holder and is directly responsible for the satisfaction levels, compliance and efficiency of the Philabundance relationship and the healthy status of the member agency. Support, guidance and contractual alignment is communicated, tracked and flagged in order to align compliance requirements and efficiency goals. The Coordinator must be able to effective guide and influence Community Partners. Providing education, support and solutions are at the foundation of this role. The Coordinator must be able to build professional relationships which align with the Philabundance mission.
