Requirements

  • High School Diploma Required
  • Minimum one (1) year of experience in business development, referral relations, or relationship management required
  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills
  • Self-motivated with the ability to manage a territory independently
  • Passion for helping others and making a meaningful impact
  • Valid driver’s license with a good driving record that meets safety and company insurance standards

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, public relations, sales, business, or a related field preferred
  • Experience in the behavioral healthcare industry preferred

Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow a territory of referral partners, including hospitals, providers, and community organizations
  • Build strong, consultative relationships and serve as a trusted resource in behavioral healthcare
  • Drive admissions through ethical, relationship-based outreach
  • Represent a nationally recognized treatment organization within your market
  • Maintain consistent communication and follow-up with referral sources
