This is not just a desk-based sales role. As a Business Development Representative, you’ll be responsible for building relationships, generating opportunities, and growing our presence in the Tampa market. While outbound calling is still part of the role, a significant portion of your success will come from networking, referrals, and being active in the local business community. You’ll be expected to represent Brabo externally—participating in groups like Chambers of Commerce, BNI chapters, and other professional organizations, while building connections with business owners, CPAs, and decision-makers.
