About The Position

The community outreach RN position is responsible for developing and coordinating community education and outreach. This role involves performing all duties in a courteous and efficient manner, maintaining positive relationships with all contacts and co-workers. The position also requires developing community outreach initiatives to promote key services, increase awareness and preference of the entity as a destination for key services, and providing clinical expertise for Marketing & Communication strategies. Additional responsibilities include performing other duties as assigned, complying with all policies and standards, and abiding by all requirements to safely and securely maintain Protected Health Information (PHI) for patients.

Requirements

• Registered Nurse (RN), Ohio and/or Multi State Compact License (Required Upon Hire)
• 5+ years Clinical experience (Required)
• Effective interpersonal and communication skills (Required proficiency)
• Excellent verbal and writing skills (Required proficiency)
• Self-starter able to envision goals and actively accomplish them (Required proficiency)
• Strong interpersonal skills (Required proficiency)
• Skillful at working with all levels of personnel. (Required proficiency)
• Experience with organizing and planning events. (Required proficiency)
• Computer skills (WP, Database, spreadsheet). (Required proficiency)
