About The Position

We are hiring Community Outreach Representatives to help support in-person outreach programs, public events, community initiatives, and customer engagement activities. No experience is required — paid training is provided. This is a great opportunity for recent graduates, career changers, and entry-level candidates interested in community outreach, marketing, public relations, customer service, fundraising, sales, or communications.

Requirements

• 18 years of age or older and authorized to work in the U.S.
• High school graduates or have a GED
• Friendly, approachable, and comfortable meeting new people
• Strong communicators who enjoy working with the public
• Dependable, motivated, and willing to learn
• Comfortable working in face-to-face and event-based environments
• Interested in community outreach, marketing, customer service, fundraising, sales, or communications

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience is welcome but not required.
• Experience in retail, hospitality, restaurants, customer service, sales, events, or volunteer work can be helpful.

Responsibilities

• Represent community programs and nonprofit initiatives at local events and public locations
• Speak directly with community members and provide information about current programs and initiatives
• Create friendly, positive interactions with the public
• Answer questions and help people find the information or resources they need
• Assist with community events, promotional activities, and outreach campaigns
• Help with event setup, displays, informational materials, and breakdown
• Encourage community participation and increase awareness of important programs
• Record basic event information, registrations, and community responses
• Work closely with team members to create successful in-person outreach experiences
