About The Position

We are seeking motivated, outgoing individuals to join our team as Community Outreach Representatives . In this role, you will engage with local residents through face-to-face outreach , promote nonprofit initiatives , and help secure donations that support meaningful causes . This is a field-based, entry-level position with a supportive team environment, offering hands-on experience in fundraising, community engagement, and direct marketing . No prior experience is required —we provide full training, mentorship, and advancement opportunities.

Requirements

• Friendly, outgoing personality with strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable with face-to-face interaction in a door-to-door or community setting
• Passion for nonprofit work, fundraising, and community impact
• Reliable, self-motivated, and goal-oriented mindset
• Ability to work outdoors and walk for extended periods

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience in sales, customer service, marketing, or fundraising is a plus (not required)

Responsibilities

• Conduct door-to-door outreach and community canvassing to raise awareness for nonprofit campaigns
• Represent nonprofit partners with a professional, positive, and engaging approach
• Clearly communicate campaign goals, mission impact, and donation opportunities
• Inspire supporters to contribute through one-time or recurring donations
• Accurately track donor information, outreach activity, and campaign results
• Collaborate with team members to achieve daily and weekly fundraising goals
