About The Position

We are a mission-driven community outreach and engagement organization partnering with nonprofits to expand their local impact through live events, fundraising campaigns, and volunteer initiatives. We are currently hiring Entry-Level Community Outreach & Event Marketing Assistants to join our growing team and help execute meaningful, face-to-face marketing and community engagement programs. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals seeking entry-level experience in event marketing, nonprofit outreach, public relations, and community engagement—with structured training, mentorship, and clear advancement paths.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required (some college coursework preferred)
  • Entry-level candidates welcome; experience in events, outreach, customer service, or marketing is a plus
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Positive, energetic, and team-oriented mindset
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including occasional evenings or weekends
  • Motivated individuals who are eager to learn and grow into leadership roles

Responsibilities

  • Assist in coordinating and supporting community outreach events and fundraising campaigns
  • Help execute live promotional events, volunteer programs, and nonprofit activations
  • Support onboarding and training of new team members in entry-level roles
  • Track engagement performance and assist in reporting campaign results
  • Represent nonprofit partners professionally in community-facing environments
  • Work collaboratively with team members to meet outreach and engagement goals
