About The Position
We are a mission-driven community outreach and engagement organization partnering with nonprofits to expand their local impact through live events, fundraising campaigns, and volunteer initiatives. We are currently hiring Entry-Level Community Outreach & Event Marketing Assistants to join our growing team and help execute meaningful, face-to-face marketing and community engagement programs. Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required (some college coursework preferred)
- Entry-level candidates welcome; experience in events, outreach, customer service, or marketing is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work flexible hours, including occasional evenings or weekends

Responsibilities
- Assist in coordinating and supporting community outreach events and fundraising campaigns
- Help execute live promotional events, volunteer programs, and nonprofit activations
- Support onboarding and training of new team members in entry-level roles
- Track engagement performance and assist in reporting campaign results
- Represent nonprofit partners professionally in community-facing environments
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet outreach and engagement goals
