About The Position

The Community Outreach Liaison performs community outreach, designs and implements marketing campaigns, and provides support to others in the organization. This role involves developing databases, presentations, documents, spreadsheets, flyers, mailers, letters, brochures, and other materials to increase public awareness of Greater Family Health. The liaison will also develop and implement marketing campaigns, including presenting and distributing marketing materials. A key aspect of the role is serving as a supportive resource for all Greater Family Health staff, assisting them in achieving their goals efficiently and effectively. The position requires reporting to scheduled work sites and shifts on time and prepared, with the understanding that locations and shifts may change at the supervisor's discretion. The liaison is expected to engage in all offered training, consultations, and supervisions, and to professionally implement directives and advice from supervisors, training personnel, and coworkers. Adherence to the Corporate Compliance Program is mandatory. The role may also involve assisting staff in other areas as needed and performing other assigned duties.

Requirements

  • High School or GED required.
  • Previous marketing experience.
  • Previous experience with Adobe Products and Canva.
  • Previous graphic design experience.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Computer and office software proficiency.

Nice To Haves

  • Associates or bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred.
  • Bi-Lingual in Spanish and English is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Perform community outreach.

  • Engage in all offered training, consultations, and supervisions.
  • Fully and professionally respond to and implement directives and advice offered by all supervisory and training personnel, as well as professionally offered feedback from coworkers.
  • Follow and fully implement the Corporate Compliance Program.
  • Assist staff members in other areas when needed and as directed.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
