As a Community Outreach Liaison, you’ll build and strengthen relationships with professional and community referral sources while developing strategies to grow your assigned territory. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in healthcare or business development preferred.
  • 2+ years of healthcare sales/marketing experience preferred, with demonstrated success in direct sales and marketing.
  • Strong communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills.
  • Computer and CRM proficiency.
  • Valid driver’s license and safe driving record.
  • Ability to travel throughout the territory, including during inclement weather.
  • Must be able to able to pass a criminal background check
  • Must be able to pass a 10 screen drug panel.

Responsibilities

  • Generate referrals and admissions within your assigned territory.
  • Develop and execute territory sales plans to expand our customer base.
  • Identify changing referral patterns and adjust strategies to achieve goals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships throughout the medical and community sectors.
  • Represent Ohio’s Hospice at healthcare functions, educational opportunities, and community events.
  • Maintain accurate daily activity within the CRM.
  • Work collaboratively across departments to support exceptional patient care and organizational goals.
  • Participate in Continuous Quality Improvement initiatives and help support new team members.
