  • Self-starter with a strong work ethic and the ability to think creatively about and implement systems to connect, grow, and serve.
  • Strong relational intelligence and the ability to build trust with diverse leaders and communities.
  • Clear, warm communication skills — written, verbal, and facilitation.
  • Ability to manage multiple initiatives across distributed geographic settings.
  • Self-directed with the flexibility to work independently while also being a collaborative team player.
  • Competence with Microsoft Office, digital platforms, and interest in AI.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain effective relationships with ministry leaders, board members, regional representatives, and community stakeholders.

  • Support the development and maintenance of field-ready governance tools — codes of conduct, bylaws templates, policies and procedures — for easy and widespread ministry use.
  • Coordinate with Marketing to develop adaptable digital resources that support ministries in field-driven priorities such as welcoming newcomers, promoting their communities, and running capital and legacy campaigns.
  • Support the development of scalable, innovative programming that expands how Unity communities gather, learn, and grow.
  • Collect and track data on current ministry statistics and trends in our Unity movement.
  • Gather, document, and share field best practices so ministries can learn from one another's successes.
  • Facilitate dynamic field communication and participation in our Circle platform, including formal and pop-up online and in-person training sessions.
