About The Position

Precious Care ABA is seeking a motivated, relationship-driven Community Outreach Coordinator to help expand our referral network throughout New Jersey. This is a field-based position focused on building relationships with Care Management Organizations (CMOs), diagnostic providers, pediatricians, schools, daycares, social workers, and other community partners. If you have ABA experience, enjoy networking, and want to make a meaningful impact for families affected by autism, we'd love to hear from you. Existing relationships with CMOs, evaluators, schools, pediatricians, or community organizations is strongly preferred.

Requirements

Prior ABA experience required
Strong understanding of autism services and the referral process
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Self-motivated and comfortable working independently
Must live in New Jersey
Reliable transportation and valid driver's license required
Willingness to travel throughout New Jersey
Professional and personable demeanor

Nice To Haves

Existing relationships with CMOs, evaluators, schools, pediatricians, or community organizations is strongly preferred

Responsibilities

Visit CMOs, diagnostic centers, pediatric offices, schools, and daycares throughout New Jersey
Build and maintain referral relationships with community partners
Represent Precious Care ABA at networking events and community meetings
Educate referral sources about our services and intake process
Distribute marketing materials and follow up with referral contacts
Track outreach activities and provide regular updates to leadership
Identify new referral opportunities and community partnerships
