About The Position

We are a mission-driven community outreach and engagement organization partnering with nonprofits to strengthen local impact through live events, fundraising campaigns, volunteer programs, and public engagement initiatives. We are currently hiring Entry-Level Community Outreach & Event Marketing Assistants to join our growing team. Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Entry-level candidates encouraged to apply
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work flexible hours, including occasional evenings and weekends
• Interest in nonprofit work, community engagement, or event marketing

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing community outreach events and fundraising campaigns
• Support live promotional activations, nonprofit events, and volunteer engagement programs
• Engage with community members in professional, public-facing settings
• Track engagement activity and assist with reporting, metrics, and campaign performance
• Help onboard and support new entry-level team members
• Represent nonprofit partners with professionalism and enthusiasm
• Collaborate with team members to achieve outreach, engagement, and fundraising goals
