Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree or above.
  • Strong writing skills and fluency with major social platforms.
  • Solid understanding of the North American humanoid robotics industry (e.g., Tesla Optimus, Figure, 1X) and the Web3 space — community culture, DAO governance, and common playbooks such as airdrops, whitelists, and NFT communities.
  • Empathetic, highly organized, and execution-driven.

Nice To Haves

  • Prior experience running social accounts or communities is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day community operations across WeChat, Discord, and Xiaohongshu — drive conversations, answer questions, and keep the community engaged.
  • Plan and execute hackathons, tech talks, and developer meetups end-to-end, from program design and promotion to on-site execution and retrospectives.
  • Create community content and campaign copy; curate high-quality user-generated content (UGC).
  • Gather user feedback, deliver weekly community metrics reports, and nurture key opinion consumers (KOCs).
