About The Position

CIC is looking for a full-time, early career Coordinator to join our Community Operations Team. This role is ideal for someone with at least one year of professional work experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about helping people and meeting new people. The Coordinator will be responsible for satisfying the day-to-day needs of CIC members, working both independently and collaboratively with other staff members.

Responsibilities

  • Building and maintaining good relationships with CIC members, ensuring their satisfaction by responding promptly and effectively to their questions and needs.
  • Handling a variety of member requests, such as office rearrangement and event hosting, in a creative and effective manner.
  • Stocking and maintaining supplies in kitchens and conference rooms, ensuring the upkeep of systems like print stations and conference room setups, and providing assistance as needed.
  • Facilitating new member onboarding, including system registration and office setup, and assisting existing members with office moves and special event preparations.
  • Supporting CIC Cambridge's front desk operations for approximately 15% of the time, focusing on excellent service. This includes staffing the front desk during Venture Café on Thursdays from 4 PM to 6:30 PM approximately every 3 weeks.
  • Assisting other teams with special projects as needed.
  • Covering other operations teams as needed.
  • Organizing community events to encourage networking among members.
